My real estate journey truly began when I met John, the hero of this story. John wanted to achieve the highest possible price for his home due to personal family circumstances he could no longer manage — a situation many vendors face. Every client has a unique story: some are upsizing, downsizing, relocating, or navigating major life changes, often under financial pressure.
